The Syracuse University Marching Band accompanied the SU football team to the Pinstripe Bowl in Yankee Stadium in New York, NY. After a few days of fun (and cold), the football team walked away with a win! The band was so excited at the opportunity to go to the game, as it is the first bowl game that SU has participated in since 2004.

Check out photos of Eta Alpha in action via our Webshots account, which can be found under “Media” in the navigation bar to the left. Hopefully soon we’ll be able to add some media of the marching band and other TBS activities. In other news – the Liverpool Home Show was a big hit! Both high school students and band parents were really grateful for our help and presence. Congrats to VP of Service Krystal for organizing such a successful service project!

10.17.09 Liverpool Home Show
Today we join our brothers of Eta Phi to travel to Central Square, NY to help the Liverpool Marching Band put on their annual home show! It’s an excellent opportunity to serve local bands while promoting both the SU Marching Band as well as both Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma. Look for photos soon, and check out our “Service” page to see what else we’ve been up to!

This weekend sisters went to a local apple orchard to pick fresh apples together. And we’re gearing up for Alumni Weekend and the Homecoming football game this weekend by coordinating a special brunch on Sunday for active and alumni sisters to reconnect and exchange news.
